(More customer reviews)Having used 3 different FM transmitter units now, I have to rate this one the worst of the 3.
Positives:
- Transmits on 87.7 and up, .1 increments. 87.7 is below typical US bands and therefore is free of interference.
- Digital frequency display is sufficiently visible when the phone is in place, unlike other units I've used
Negatives:
- Signal strength is horrible. The audio has a huge amount of echo and is very faint. IMHO unusable.
- Braces are not spring loaded and will not grab phone
- Bottom support is minimal and phone can slip off easily
- Does not have a bendable arm
