(More customer reviews)This item was described and sold by the seller as "new'. What I received seemed to be packaged like a new item, but was not. The Trandock was used and broken. Interestingly, the serial number was obfuscated with heavy black marker, I wonder what's up with that? Needless to say, I won't be purchasing from this vendor, 'Buy Accessories' again.
