(More customer reviews)The user manual says that "Press the answer / end button to turn on your Speakerphone. The power on indicator light will turn on. The connecting status indicator light will blink twice every 2 second until the Jabra SP5050 is connected to your mobile phone - then it will turn solid blue." This is slightly incorrect. After holding the answer/end button down, the power indicator light turns on and the connecting status indicator light will blink twice every two seconds. But keep on holding it for a few more seconds - it gives out a single beep and then the light blinks really fast - about four times each second or so. This is the correct pairing mode.
It has been a great speakerphone, and has not required charging for a long time.
