(More customer reviews)I have 2 after market XM radios, 1 in my car and 1 in my wife's car. The radio transmits on an FM frequency and the quality received by the car stereo is poor at best. After troubleshooting with XM, they claimed I was supposed to receive this SureConnect free when I purchased the radio. I did not and they were not about to replace the one I did not receive. Since my Delphi Roady XT was completely worthless without, I decided to buy the SureConnect. It is very easy to install and really improves the quality. I cannot believe how good the XM sounds over an FM frequency now that I have SureConnect. XM customer service is impossible to work with. They charge $10 for the same product, but $13 for the cheapest shipping option. I reccommend buying from Amazon.
